yes, I menat I put on that amount of weight.

My diet is pretty healthy and balanced but no, I didn't reduce it and maybe that was the issue!

And yes those shakey things are pretty high in calories....I have been such a fool!

I will stick to the old ways....

Thank you

Guys and girls please DO come to my rescue!!!

I am feeling so bad...currently training for my 10k so running 4 times a week (1 interval, one long-ish run, 1 nice and steady, one short) plus doing one other class like body pump/yoga/ powerplate, plus one long powerwalk....I am shattered.

My legs looks better, I can definitely see some more muscle here and there but I took 1.5-2 kgs in 2 weeks....I am not eating bad!

But I am having those protyein shakes twice a day (one for brekkie and one after exercise) and some CLA pills (4 a day). The manufacturers say they add definition and lean mass.

I have stopped taking them after 6 days(today).

Are they the culprit for my weight gain?

I swear I will just stick to good old exercise!!!
