it's very high, it could be HRM error, or may be someone else near you is using HRM which could mess your reading, if you are very fast according to your age 100% reading could be around 180-220, which you could maintain only minutes, |

Thanks Gazmanmeister..... I met my Doc yesterday.. same as you said.......... and went through my 5K flowless indeed.........felt so usual.. katieJane............... thanks for the put in it seems I will just keep popping back.. it popped out during morning shower just popped in.. fat buddha.......I guess will be use to it as long as it doesn't hurt................. the 5k was flowless ,my Saucony stabile MC shoe size is 13, planty of space and wide little sore and pinkish color after removing the soxe supplemented some Adol pain killer.. so far so good....... will head for the 20 KM late run tonight.... not bracing any repalse from the small toe............... |

Hello... I would like to hear any one who can help to decide... because I dislocated my small toe yesterday in an accident heppened in the toilet (direct hit with washer in wet floor)..I relocated the small toe with no problem, slight pain... walking no problem, no pain with walking........... I cann't resist to go back running again ( I only missed today ) I can't wait tomorrow... is it possible to run tomorrow at least 5 K. |
