When Barry has a rest how about him competing in all the Parkruns that abound in the UK. He could be passed on from one to the next just as in his epic journey round the UK coast. He already has done the Edinburgh Parkrun keeping me company on a wet miserable day. Mind you he would need to register before he started and his bar code passed on as well.
I had hoped to see Barry return to Blackpool and perhaps run the last few miles. Unfortunately I will be returning from Turkey on 24th and can't make it. However if he was to have a few days off in Liverpool on the way I could make the next weekend. Whatever happens he has had a great journey and met many interesting folks along the way.
