Not so much a running problem but is becoming a problem if I am out doing something like Munro bagging, like last week.
I find that in a period of extensive exercise and fairly demanding (headed over 3 munros a couple of weeks back) I get a real problem with eating. Things just have no taste and feel like eating cardboard or rubber. It has a serious knock on effect as I stop eating as it is difficult to do so. Last weekend I drank a good litre and half of water plus a Lucozade energy drink. So, I dont think it was dehydration.
Ended up an exhausting day. By the time we got off the hill I was absolutely done in.
