I ordered three of the above books nearly a month ago. They took the money the same day. Have I seen the books ? NO! I haven't . Do they respond to mail ? NO! they don't. Don't know where to go nexy as phones not answered either. For runners by runners , don't make me laugh.

I suggest you think twice before ordering off of Runners World!

Thanks Jim. At least I know I will be able to run again, some other sports are a no-no but I can liive with that. I'm lucky in one way, I have a " better half " that will keep me on the right track.

HI, although I have been a user RW for a while I have never used the form before. Now in need of help!

I have just had a hip replacement, (last Friday) and have been told that I can start running again by my surgeon, nice bloke. I was ultra running before injury, 2.5 years ago and was informed that it was sciatica by my GP. That was until May when it became a serious hip disorder. Can't complain one month from xray , to new hip. I do realise that I can't run for a while yet, not until I seen my surgeon again in 10 weeks. The help I require  is any advice that is out there or that of other runners that have gone through the same problem. I am 61 and still fit, a few extra pounds to get rid of though.
