Thought about this myself but I don't have the time at the minute to do it.
There's already plenty of Zipps to hire. Why not rent out some Swisssides or Flos? Cheaper and fast.
Clinchers because you don't want the liability of trusting customers to glue stuff together. GP4000s as standard.
How do you differentiate yourself? The above wheels do it on price, or you can extend the hire period for the same price as Zipps.
You need to think about insurance, covering yourself for dodgy customers and customers for hire damage.
