It will probably be quiet around here from me, going away and Mr Steady Senior has deteriorated in hospital with a prognosis of possibly lasting 12 weeks, so will be busy supporting Mr Steady as much as possible. Do not worry I will be training as much as I can even if the volume is slightly less and I don't post on here or fb much.
Wow Pete, the gods really conspired against you yesterday.
I went for a swim this morning, my shoulders ached but did OK. The sore throat has not changed it is still hanging around, I do not want a cold before my holiday next week especially as it is an active holiday.
MC, good to hear you managed a long run but take care of yourself.
Did my first cycle commute this morning, 22 miles into the centre of London, bit scary in a few places but when unsure I watched the other cyclists to see how/what they did. I have to get the train back to work in the morning and cycle home. Hope that the sudden massive increase in mileage is not going to cause an injury.
