....Not ran yet since sunday, i was going to do 4 miles tonight but i think the wife isnt going the gym either and is cooking something to eat so...... Looks like its sunday or next tuesday for me.

Any one on hear do the Bupa Manchester 10k also?

I have done the GNR 3 times now.  Normaly im in the 'white zone' but found myself in the 'green zone' this year..... It seemed busy all the time, no space, always seemed some one was within 2 steps of me.

15th Sept 2013 or 22nd?....Sad or what, its less thjan 36hrs old and im thinking of next year already!

Them 3 kids stood in the centrel reservation between 3-4 mile spraying water at the runners..........

I squarted my water at the big lad and got him right in the kipper!!    All the runners around me started cheering and laughing at him then!

Just done a 4 mile run....1st run in a week and it went ok but hardley a confidence builder.  Thats it for me now until sunday!
