My FTP seems to be ok in that it is giving me a hard but completable work out.
I've been taking workouts from the Intermediate Build plan, not sure why I picked it. There are quite a few workouts that include micro bursts (sprints only 15sec long) are these effect?
Have I picked the wrong plan or type of work outs given I'm trying to build up to IM Austria? My plan through he winter is to do a 1-1.5 hours turbo session twice a week as well as 2-3 hours on the road (as long as there isn't ice/snow)
