Hi
Look at Embrace running holidays, they have a varies weeks over the year with different training programmes. Amazing villas and a good price too.

You will be fine and will recover quicker than you think, just go with your body. I have been running 14 years now and have had a few injuries, but never been out for long!! xx

Hi
I have a mountain buggy which i have used for running since my little boy was 4 weeks old, he is now 14mths! It has been brilliant, it is light, easy to handle and Fred loves it too!! New one around £350 but can get second hand on ebay.
