Interesting question about long runs. I have converted Lindsay parry's schedule into miles. I have down to do 2 X 31/32 mile runs but will probably just do them at home instead of as a race. I have a 6 hour race too, the day before beccas and plan to do a marathon or maybe 1 more lap (3ish) miles but apart from that I only have a 20 a 24 and a 26 mile run over the 20 miles and I'm worried it's not enough. I really think I might have bitten off more than I can chew with this race
Happy New Yea to everyone. I started off the year with a very slow 5 miler which sorted out a slight headache Going out for a 14 miler soon but coughing a lot and lost my voice so might put some walking in . It's all time on the feet.
Am also going to book all my flights in the next week or so. Having to go via Johannesburg as visiting people there on the way back and doing a few days safari in sun city
