Hi Everyone. I started my 16 week programme on Monday for the VLM in April. Hoping for a sub 3:15 finish but that may be too ambitious for me or maybe not, I'll will no doubt find out in due course. Just on the road to recovery from tibialis posterior tendonitis, so ankle still some what stiff. Lots of physio has helped. Just did a 5 miler in the snow in Battersea Park. Beautifully picturesque. However, conditions a tad diffcult under foot. Good luck with training.
