Hi All,

I've just been for my first run of 2010 and I feel good!  But I need some inspiration.  I am looking for a 10k in Berkshire in September or October...does anyone have any ideas?  I've done CR at Dorney Lake.  I've not done a 'road run' where you need to dodge traffic and I am a bit scared.

I am also looking for runners to join me for a local charity 'Arthritis Matters'.  If you would like to join me, please get in touch...it'll be a laugh!

Hope to hear from you soon...

Good article.  I need to get back into the running but have just not been able to due to all the 'stuff' going on in my life.

Good advice and common sense.  I advocate the Cadence Revolution-which is a free podcast from the US.  The music is for spinning but you get the warm up...constant steady beat for a good run...and 10 minutes of warm down.  Try it-its great!
