I would love a dog but can't afford one. With 4 kids in tow it would be another mouth to feed. Insurance is bloody expensive and we go away every year for 3 weeks abroad so kennels would cost me a fortune. And to buy a cocker puppy the cost is over £500.00 I've looked in rescue places but all they have there are bull terriers and staffies, I'm not getting one of these.

After watching The Walking Dead for the last 3 seasons I have pondered on this question myself. I think you should head for Isle of Wight, kill off all the zombies there and you'll have peace and quiet as they can't swim or so I think.

I always race seriously. Today I did a charity race, it was full of fun runners but I still went balls out. I am extremely competitive and give me a race number and I always go as fast as I can.

Last year around May and June I suffered with cramps a lot and I know the reason why now. Basically I was living on a very basic diet of porridge and only a few fruits as I was suffering from terrible stomach cramps and I thought everything else disagreed with me. Also, I was trying to maintain a healthy weight. As a result over last winter I depleted my body of many minerals and vitamins such as magnesium or potassium, I had a blood test done and it showed that magnesium was very low. Over the summer I ate many fresh fruits and veg and then went vegetarian and now vegan and not only all my stomach cramps are gone but also the leg cramps. I would suggest High5, it's a non cramp sports drink and a blood test. I had one done privately abroad and it showed all minerals and vitamins. Hope this helps. I know how painful cramps can be, it's a bloody agony.

Tried to find out the date of 2014 mara today to book a hotel early as found one well priced. RNIB say 20th, but it's Easter Sunday so hoping now will be 13th, is that confirmed though?
