Just got here. Doesn't look icy at all. Would rather last years conditions.

Rugby field out of action but I am parked in the rugby club. Think parking will b on local roads in about 10 mins tho.

Have a good race.

They have to pay for road closures, traffic management, police in advance so can't imagine it will b possible to refund. It's unfortunate but we all knew the potential was there in Jan. great club great race. I'll b in for it next year.

From Ellesmere Port it looks a no go but not seen Helsby. After they have paid for road closure and TM company it's a difficult decision to call off but possibly the only option. Lets hope for an improvement tomorrow.

Hi guys,

Not been on For ages. Been doing my dissertation for a MSc so been crazy busy. Although did find a few of you on Facebook.

Running has been on the back burner since the marathon. Played a lot of squash and a bit of footie but mostly been working, decorating and doing this uni work. Anyway started back training last week and I've signed up for cross country this weekend. It's a 5 mile course in lpool but no idea how to pace it. I guess if I was road running I would b aiming for about 31 mins. Any tips?

Hope everyone is well, in gonna read through what I have missed.

Good to b back,

Luke
