I think sometimes this blog section can just be like an advertisement feature.I just tried the nitrate loading with the gels and although not scientific I didn't feel like I had a 3% boost.Also note the gels taste totally disguisting.
Might work for others but I won't bother again.Serves me right for trying to sneak an advantage instead of doing an extra training run!
Great idea for the start.I've been put off by the thought of being unable to pass on the path but a staggerd start sounds good.
Can anyone enlighten me on the make up of the path itself as in what percentage is good quality gravel or trail as oppose to uneven grass that might cut up rough in the rain. I'm looking for a good flat PB course and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
