Headwind made it hard work! Had been hoping to come through 45 mins - still it was a PB - admittedly by only 30 secs. Mrs GL did OK - only her second 10k (but she hadn't really trained much in the last 2 weeks). Rhodri (7) beat Ed (9) so Ed was a bit upset. Otherwise a great day and a really nice family event. I remember when the steelworks was there - what an improvement!
