I've never been coming to Paris next year Emmy. Alannah's exams start two weeks after so holidaying is not really a great idea.
I'm with you on that Lloyd. So jealous that I can't do it next year.
Weedy - not final(as entries haven't opened yet!) but plans for next year include:
D33 - March 14th, Hoka Fling - 25th April, Enduroman 100 mile Ultra - 30th May, Great Glen Ultra - 4th July, Glencoe Marathon -October.
Personally I would only split a 20 mile run over 1 day - 7 in the morning & 13 later or 10 &10 etc
Glad recovery is going well ATM, and you'll be back running soon.
Awesome running from folks this weekend.
I have my first 20 mile run, in the Loch Ness prep, tomorrow.
I have had another easy week due to ear problems, but have used the time to pan my winter training, and spring 'races' ( use that term very loosely!).
Eggy - I keep forgetting about that! Wish I could manage something like that now!
