Betzza - I had pneumonia in February, and ran Paris in April this year. It did impact on my breathing but I only realised how much afterwards. You have 6 months to get back fighting fit so you should be good!
Breakfast Run is a great way to stretch the legs after travelling and get a free breakfast! Also good to meet a few folks before the main event. .
Weel the CBA fairy has struck, and no run is happening. Friday is normally rest day. No point in trying to make up for Wednesdays missed cycle and yesterdays run - an extra rest day will do the hip more good! TBH I am feeling pretty wiped out after work.
