Hi Julia, You can do it. We are entered into the GER 1/2 marathon in October and 8 weeks ago I couldn't run for 90 seconds but 2 weeks ago I did my first 1hour run. Keep it up just remember 'Pain is only temporary, quiting is for ever'----
