Slowly slowly building up the miles again after IT band syndrome. Aparently caused by old injury from a show jumping accident years Ago. Starting to think it is all a waste of time it is so latein the day but I've been trying to get London Marathon place for over ten years!
Help - need a bit of support here! I've already had nearly 4 weeks off training due to bronchitis, now I have a painful knee. Pain is down the outside of my right knee and feels almost like muscular pain. I know if I rest/ice/take anti inflammatories it will be fine, but I am starting to panic about missing all this training!
I'm in early stages of training for my first marathon and I've developed knee pain down the outside of my right knee. It almost feels muscular pain. Starting to feel a bit panicy about missing training now - Help!
