Hi all, hope everyone is well on this fine morning...

Hipps, hello there, nice to see your little gin loving hippo pic again, I have missed been around.

Cotty, it took me 18 month to loose the weight, I stopped eating so much junk and tried to eat healthy, didn't manage that all the time, ha ha, I did do a lot of walking at least 5 times a week with distances between 5 to 12 mile I was doing at least 30+ miles a week, it is as much a bug as running is, if I plan to walk and can't I get grumpy.

Talking of walking it's time I went out and took advantage of this lovely sunny day, enjoy the day everyone.........

Walking is such good exercise I love it, walking to the shops is brilliant, rain or shine nothing stips me, I see everyone fighting for spaces going round and round, tearing out their hair, it amazes me how many people drive just a few mins to the shops when they could walk, I was guilty of it once...

When I scrapped my car (it was so old and clapped out) the scrap yard was 7 miles away so I took my mp3 player and walked back, I only got £50 for it, the MOT cost £45 and there must have been about a gallon of petrol left in so I just broke even, thats life..........

Hi all, thanks for all the good wishes, hope you are all well

Apps, Yeo, you are too kind  thanks.

Oh and Nessie, congratulations on your expectancy, nice one.........

I am taking one day at a time, an old old chesnut but it works, my mood is lifting every day, looks like the meds are finaly working.

I have been faffing about installing a web cam this aft, when it's installed my pc is so slow and freezes all the time, uninstall it and all is well again, my Dad is having the same prob with his, oh well I will sort it somehow.

I am really enjoying not having the worry of a car, I walk to the shops every time, bout 3 miles round trip, strap on the old rucksac and off I go.

My Dad lives about 75 miles away, I can get a National Express coach virtually door to door so no problem there.

Life is looking good.....................

Here I am, sorry....

There has been a few things sent to try me over this year, my car had to be scrapped in August so I am now without transport, which is ok now I have got used to public transport, my eldest daughter has dropped out of Uni after a year and is in all sorts of debt, oh dear.

I had a very lonely Christmas and new year, I spent most of it on my own, Tesco frozen chicken curry for Christmas dinner, but my youngest daughter stayed a few nights after boxing day.  It has been down time for me I never even bothered with a tree or decorations I just didn't have in in me this year.

Runner Duck, Nessie, Cinders,

As I said I have just got back my broadband today (talktalk) and during set up I must have done something I shouldn't because I couldn't get back on-line, just spent 2 hours listening to piped music, argh, but they sorted it for me, I hope.

I think the vibes got through Nessie cos hear I am
