Went and ran the Queen Elizabeth parkrun. Came 2nd
Had planned to take it fairly easy, but when I found myself in 5th place at the 1K mark I decided to push and see how high up I could finish.
Time was 1 minute slower than my PB, but it's a tough course.
My pattern is currently:
Monday - 6-10 miles slow
Thursday - 5-6 miles slow
Saturday - parkrun (5k) fast
"Slow" would be about 8:30-9:30 per mile. Parkrun time is usually sub-22, sub-21 if I feel like pushing it. Seems to work reasonably well for everything from 5k to 10 miles.

Oh blimey, I chose to be married and not have children. Does that make me the spawn of Satan or something?
Yeah, you're somehow ruining marriage for everyone else.
RAS syndrome
2 people finishing in exactly the same time? Highly suspicious...
