I injured my foot a few months ago rock climbing, now I’ve started running off road and I find that I keep going over on the same foot a couple of times per run which leaves me wriggling in agony on the floor miles away from any where. Dose anyone know how I can stop this happening
I bought a lowe alpine peak runner belt pack, loads of room but maybe a bit too much movement, I've been thinking about getting a Deuter Race X Air I(www.deuter.com). anyone used one of these?
it took me almost 2 hours LOL, it was cross country on some fairly rough and somtimes boggy ground with some very steep up and down hill sections (thats my excuse anyway)
