MC yes it was the plymouth half There were loads of those handheld sort of polo shaped bottles all around the last half of the course, think a lot of people got tired of carrying them and chucked them.
Alistair well done on the 6 miler and accumulated miles this week. Any races coming up soon?
First order of the day, sorry gastank I forgot to congratulate you !!!
MC no idea how much I've raised but hopefully enough to help them. It was good to see so many others wearing their vest and for other charities.
Franny thank you, good to hear the legs on the mend.
Phantom any room left in your suitecase for me?
Tom well done and very nice piccis.
by 'eck if you insist, but only found some of a really grumpy looking old guy that must have borrowed my vest. Here they are Hope that works or there again
Heres a better picci (I like this one)
Waves to Alistair; chili; ecky; rocker; LLB and all I've missed !!!
Franny hope the feelings coming back in your leg in a nice way not pain !!
MC errrm the 1/2, I guess with all the chaos here with the local press getting involved as I ran for the childrens hospice south west ... I errrm tried not to talk (too much) about it Thank you and well done on the 16 mile bike ride today. So why did you drive all the way to Lincolnshire? I know, I know and well done warhammer world sounds fun.
Alistair thank you also, I think the injuries I went in with made it more enjoyable as I wouldn't have been able to push myself to my limits (and beyond what I thought were my limits) in a 1/2 otherwise. Well done on your 7.6 miler and an excellent time!
Tom way to go and congrats.
Phantom thank you and well done on the gym and bike ride. Hope your fully recovered and no more dizziness?
