Has anybody bought this book and would recommend it?
I wouldn't say I'm a beginner at running and I have a good idea with what to eat etc, however for me it's about putting it together and making healthy meals. i need something in black and white to tell me what to eat. i have also signed up for a 10k run. I have done the odd 5k but I could do with some good tips, motivaton and nutrition help.
I tend to buy books and materials ans find i waste money on them because it's not what i want.
