Hi, has anyone got a running no. they dont need through having to pull out through injury etc? Will cross your palm with silver! Thanks!
thanks for all the welcomes guys!
Gazelle I wish... Im sort of following this RW sub 3:30 plan (http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/racing/rws-garmin-ready-marathon-schedule-sub-330/2764.html), at least as far as the long runs go, but im a bit behind and having to catch up with it due to being out of action in january!
ill make sure i do a competitive half marathon in march to lay down a marker upon which i can set myself the right target for Brighton
hi minni - my pacing was a bit off in Bath - i went out too quick i think, and had to slow at the end.
i had an injury in early january but last four weekends ive done 8, 10, 12 and 14 miles - between 8:30 and 9 min/mi - plenty of work to do still but feeling stronger each time!
