just signed up for 30k..1st at that distance....longest run was a couple of weeks ago at 17 miles...
but as this is my home town....thought why not!

If you get hungry drink water 1st,normally your thirsty rather than actually hungry.
fruit is great,but don't eat too much.
maybe a carrot to munch on? Or cucumber sticks..
Mine is stuck on random,which is nice surprise on what's going to come on,only on training lsr ...done ever in a race
