what time did you get 15west?

amazes me when people describe the course as pancake flat, i think its quite a slow course

commute on bike was interesting. the wind is crazy 

most of the roads are cheshire cycle way so are fine to run on 

its by no means a hilly course but i dont think its particularly fast and flat

I think people lose the plot when it comes to marathon training.

If you went jet skiing for a week it wouldnt have that much of an effect on your fitness and marathon nevermind cycling
