Just finished ploughing through the last dozen pages, and must start off by saying Congrats Matt on your new lodger, I mean daughter... Another weekend of decent results for most of you, MTSG, is it legal!!!! You might have started something there, a lot of people read this thread, and now could be scrolling the up and coming races for social prizes... Still in my easy running phase, which is good because of the way the weather has been... Did race a 5k last Wednesday, and set a pb of 18-51, which am happy with, as it was only 20 months ago I broke 21min for 5k, and I thought that was it... Off to find a couple of bandits, I mean mates for a plan I've got | |

Well done to the Dachs family, cracking win plus ensuring the family name will carry on.... Bus, you cant beat yourself up over finishing another race, technically, aren't you supposed to be injuried... The problems you've had, has got to have some minor negativity in your times... Stevie.... Looks like your in prime condition to smash another PB, you need to find a decent race sharpish!!! | |
