I am a subscriber but why is the mag available in the shops before I've received my copy?

Hi all,

I am 38, 180m tall and now 95kg.

I have taken 6 months to get up to running 5k in 33 mins and I now need a new goal to head for. I was thinking of a 10k in November.

I was thinking of using the next few months to get a good base of fitness (I have only ran 5k 4 or 5 times) would it be ok just to slowly increase the distance and work on endurance or would it be better to mix it up with hill runs etc. and then when my fitness it better start on a 10k plan?
