4 slow recovery miles for me this morning
Kate - no, not fully gone, which is why I am sticking with the run/walk, and I try to avoid breast stroke, which is a shame because I am good at it, but it does aggravate it.
The guy that won the half on Sunday did it in 1:11 - I don't think I can even run an interval at that pace
haha, I like the idea of the slow race!
I am aiming for 18 this weekend, or maybe 19. Like you - the amount of time that this takes is a major thing - and has an impact on family. I might try 20/40 on Sunday and see how that goes. I think I need to do a negative split for these long runs
Barbara and Stewart - well done on the races and great race reports
HM - nice ring
legs and everything feel good today but I have taken things easy, just a low resistance high cadence turbo session to loosen the legs up
(((((snaily))))) - tough times ahead.
farfar well done on your run
daffs - that bike ride sounds very sociable!
Nog - well done on your ride. Hope HL is ok
paid, thanks schmunks
