Hi, I need advice to keep motivated and to remain active (of sorts) whilst being unable to put any weight at all through right foot. Just lost half of big toe and tips off two others in a lawn mower accident and am feeling pretty down right now. Having to pull out of North Wales Half and Chester Marathon over next few months.
Just completed my first marathon - best bit of kit I bought was the Adidas MiCoach pacer bundle, the micoach website plans a training plan and the pacer coaches you through all the training runs. Well worth the investment!
