Well done TP. Great achievement, and great report.

Well done Elspeth, OH and son, 57.5 and TP.

jquinn - also a 10k in Forfar in August (18th I think) and Stirling in September. I haven't done either of them before, but probably will this year. Also the East Neuk 10k in Anstruther in September - nice, fairly small friendly race, and quite flat.

I'm doing the Black Rock 5 in Fife on Friday - anyone else doing it, or done it before?

Good luck to TP, and the Hoy runners.

Nice trail run this evening. John showed me the route of the Templeton Train race he did last week.

Timekeeping at the parkrun tomorrow.

Happy Birthday to the young bm.

Very sunny here this morning. Bought a disposable BBQ and food for it. A bit cloudy now, but still hoping it won't rain.

Short run this afternoon.

Sunny this evening here in Dundee, but quite windy near the river.

Off work until Monday now. Hoping to try a couple of new routes while I'm off.
