i think they are referring to a huge cappucino/latte/frappucino style coffee usually made with full fat milk and the milk makes up most of the cup. obviously a normal americano will be a lot fewer calories
I have just (yesterday) completed my first half marathon in 2.13 - plodity plod but beat my target of 2.20 My next run is a 10k in 6 weeks time and the last time I did a 10k I did it in 56 minutes (in November). As I've been training for the half, I have lost all sense of speed in my running and I really want to try for a faster 10k time in May.
I am running three times a week, 2 shorter runs of about 3+ miles and one longer one.
Anyone got advice on how to train to increase my speed so I can smash my last 10k time?
