I walk regularly but recently have taken up running. This is my second week and my right ankle and just below both my knees are sore. My ankle is sore to the touch and my knees give me the feeling that they have twisted(if that makes sence). I have been running on concrete so wondered if that was why and have also got my periods which I always get a sore back and wondered if this could be affecting my joints also. I really was enjoying running so any help would be great.
