Afternoon all - I ditched the C25K and downloaded the C210K instead - I know I'll be able to do 5K easy enough so I'll push for the 10K - they also have a 13.1 ap too which I'll get once I'm up to 6 miles - all free at the ap store if anyone wants a look...did my first workout today - great to get going again!
we had a very full on weekend - a big surprise party for MrGFB's mum's 80th birthday on Saturday night - we may have a few to shandies! Then a wee hipster wedding on Sunday night - we were good at that one lol.
And a day off yesterday which was really nice.
So - believe or not I'm going to start r*nning again today - and because I've literally not run a step since March!! (sickness led to unfitness led to CBA led to total unfitness) - so I'm going to start from scratch with the C25K - that's how bad I am!! Ah well - better starting than not starting!
