I use Find My Phone. I like to know that I can be found if I get hit by a car and end up in the ditch! Or much more likely ... I get lost and need a lift home!
Apparently Garmin are now offering some sort of pay-for service you can be tracked on. Think it's PC to Garmin but I didn't look into it as I take my phone when I run.
Amazing report Malcs!!
You did so well! Really felt for you when you mentioned the calf problem - that must have been horrendous feeling it that early on ... but well done on pushing through and nailing your target!! Testamanet to your stubborness!! Well done!!
I tend to think how much I need a wee for a large proportion of my long runs which is usually a bit offputting. Also whether that nasty-looking dog is going to bite me.
Good timing though: http://www.dreamingoffootpaths.co.uk/2014/04/what-i-think-about-when-i-run-brain.html
