Bristol 10K this morning. Not done much recently mostly down to a new job but also down to laziness. The 10K hurt a bit but I still clocked a respectable time. Perhaps with a little effort I might break the magic 50 minute barrier next time.
Disgraceful... but then the sort of idiots that set off bombs are sick individuals anyway.
It has made me think twice about going to the VLM this weekend.
