Yep. I got these shoes recently, and they are much comfier for my toes. There is more room for them to move around in. I tried them on while doing my traditional 10k route, and I cleared it under 50 minutes! Was it the shoes? Possible!
I am 16 yrs old, and I want to be a great runner, but my legs are thick and chunky, and I hear that extra weight and bulk increases difficulty to speed. Can they get thinner over months/years of training?
