I'm doing it as well. Sorry I can't give any advice for accommodation as I live locally.

Softie. I'm wearing a fleece and still trying to pluck up the courage to go for a steady 4 mile plod.

I keep telling myself I'm built for comfort, not for speed.

I tried to do a morning run today but really struggled running on an empty stomach. I felt lethargic and tired, how does everyone else combat this.

Please don't take the opportunity to smug on about how you have no energy problems running for long distances early in the morning!

I got a Garmin FR 610 last summer and it's been great since then.
However recently there have been instances when it's wildly inaccurate when estimating calories burnt. Yesterday I ran just over 2 miles and it estimated I'd burnt 150 calories, which is close to average but a little under. Today was the worst - I ran 8 miles and it said i'd burnt 113 calories. I do wish my body was that efficient but it took me 1 hour and 20 minutes so I'm sure I burnt a few more than that!

Has anyone else had this problem?
