I'll be doing this one if I can ever get my arse into gear after Manchester marathon. Between recovering from that and a 2 week holiday I've done next to no running during May and my training mojo has gone AWOL.
I was looking at the site a few months ago and it looked like it hadn't been updated in a while back then.
You should be OK if you a disaplined enough to take it easy.
I agree mate. I've never been sure whether to interpret the results as me having good endurance or poor speed, the old "glass half empty, glass half full" condundrum!
Apparenty I run even better than a girl!
