Hi all I'am just looking for a bit of re assurance please, off to the Paris mararthon nxt week am i right in thinking that to get my bib number at the expo all i need to take is my medical certificate, some ID and my registration comformation ? Got a bit worried by the word convocation earlier in this tread  Thanks to anyone who can respond Paula |

have read the small print just says excludes extreme sports, which really doesnt help at all. I think i will take your advice and look at something more specific, thanks |

Hi Just after a bit of advice regarding holiday insurance, i will be doing my first overseas marathon (Paris) we are going to be there for 4 days so have the usaul holiday insurance with my bank. I dont know if this will be will be enough if anythink where to happen to me whilst taking part, which i am quiet certain it wont but you never know. Any advice appreciated

mm! sounds like a nice 30 mile shuffle think will do that as well as Grim Reaper in Auugust. Grim Reaper will be my first go at an ultra so will see how that goes thanks Lurker |
