Morning all
Thanks all for the good wishes and K2 you are right, there is a certain amount of madness surrounding me! I got my wedding date in first ... followed a few weeks later by my daughter announcing her date. Hers is going to be a nightmare, full church do with the white dress .... aaaagggghhhhhh! Its sending me mad already!

Yeah! I'm ok! Frazzled-ish, I have the flu at the moment, but still managing to walk for an hour each day
Trying to arrange both my wedding and my daughters, which are three weeks apart ... which doesnt leave time for much else!
Escargot ... my RaceForLife is on 04th June, so plenty of time yet! I think!

Thought I'd tell you I have started training again .....!!! Slowly to begin with, just walk / run, untill I get used to it. Also entered RaceForLife 5K at Portsmouth
