Sundown take some earlier rather than later - at some point your GI tract will shut down anyway. I also find that, later on, it's good to keep some gel in your mouth - the sugar will fool your brain into thinking you're not glycogen depleted.

Another low-tempo run this morning. 2m w/up and 2 x 3m at 85%maxHR, then 2m w/down. Splits came out as 7:15 7:01 7:09 then 6:59 7:13 7:07. Progress! Breathing much better than last week and way less drift.
