I dragged myself out for a run today, legs and back still aching, and managed an easy 5.4m this morning, then this evening was a treddie session - a short warm up then 12 x 200m at 4'00" per k off 1'00 jog recoveries.

3m recovery this morning, then down the gym this evening - 0.5m warm-up then 20 minutes with a trainer on the kettlebells. The planned intervals session was quickly deleted as my legs felt like jelly from all the squats, and I dashed home to watch the footie instead.

Long run this morning - 6 blocks of 1m easy, 2m MP - really happy with the result, and glad I got it done. Most of the MP miles were on track at around 7:50mm, and the whole run came in at 8:12mm on average.
