Stuart yes, I do tend to bunch the shorter races - it's a product of doing a long base build-up with nothing anaerobic, then getting some tune-up races done at the end of marathon training. Nice day's total for Saturday
MG1 excellent last long run. Nice 7m progressive today and well done on the week's total.
Jason hope you got over the sore legs and ran well today
OH I hope the Half went well
Michael fingers crossed for you
Fiona I saw your splits on Fetch for that 19.5 miler - a brilliant run
Np hope you're over the lurgy and that the Half went well.
Ingatestone 5 mile race this morning - came in exactly the same time as last year's PB ! 33:56 , average pace 6:47mm, splits 6:43 6:42 6:55 7:16 6:20. HR hit 206 on the sprint finish!
Consolation prize was the WAVA score was higher given I'm a year older.
Week's total: 56.7m in 7h48, avg pace 8:15mm, avg HR 156 (74% maxHR) - that's the fastest week this year.
