I run with my beagle often and he seems to love it. I agree that a good harness and leash that can tie around your waist is neccessary. It is a good way of improving the bond between dog and owner and it also provides good excercise for the dog.

I'm definitely seeing more dogs running with their owners over the last few months. I hope you continue to do so - your dog will love it.

Happy running

Surrey - quality time for a quality runner - well done!

I'm enjoying a few days rest at the moment - back into it again soon

Sun 7.30am 17.5km (83 min)

blustery and moist (the weather also) - in the company of someone doing FLM - she seems well prepared - threw in a 3 x 1km efforts just to liven things up a bit - my calves are aware of the transition into new shoes - will have to remember to keep things easy for a week or two

keep it going everyone
