Go for it - I did a half this weekend (my first) which I wasn't really ready for and I was slow, but I learned LOTS about kit and getting my nutrition/water right. What's the worst that can happen?! |

marked out and the kit is as follows: The compulsory kit list is: food, water, head torch, first aid kit and mobile phone I'm trying to find out if there are spaces left, because I wanted to do it and got injured, didn't enter and now am fixed! Fingers crossed |

no idea, but the last completer to be on the results last year was over 5 hours, so I suspect not |

what a great day - Steve, I think we saw you a few times. Were you wearing the top half of the costume round your waist? We also saw a mini-spidey on the side as we ran down the last mile, but when we called out "hello spidey" he looked a bit embarrassed  |
