Rather stupildly I have agreed to run the London Marathon at short notice. A collegue was running it but has had to pull out due to injury.
With little over 7 weeks left, can any one assist in training plans? Ive had a look but cant find any!!!
Which is filling me with horror that ive taken on more than i can chew!!!!
I am reasonable fit - going to the gym 2/3 times a week pluss cycling to work which is about 30minutes per day.
Any help greatly appericated!!!
