I am running at 6.20 a mile quite comfortably now but need some advice on how to keep this pace up over a longer distance so i can build it up to become a good half marathon and marathon runner

Thanks

I am currently running at 6:17 a mile and am transitioning from 7:10 a mile what is the best way to keep this pace up and to also run longer with this pace with out having to stop every half mile etc. I am building up to be a 34 minute 10k runner. My desired times are to run a half marathon in 1:35 and a marathon in 2:25 to 2:40 I currently run 40 miles a week. I have time to develop at 16 years of age my desired times are to become achievable when im 25 or 30. Any advice appreciated
