I hope you're all well and running at least ok enough. Probably more and better than I'm doing at the moment but all is good. There is absolutely no hope of me reading through everything I've missed so would love an update from you, even if only brief. I've had a few bits of news from various people and met Diana in the summer so caught up with her news.
aws Glad to see the paintings are still totp. Much easier now I'm not around.
Graham Have you done the Oz trip yet?
JJ Glad your doodle is still helping you keep active and helping you to enjoy life. What's the record you're chasing?
Mick Still enjoying the gym work. Still getting mauled by bunnies?
ceal Is Eric the man I met? Knitting?????????????? Agreed about Borgen and Strictly. You're i a choir? Fun.
NZC A freind of mine was at Cornwall Park recently. he asked but you weren't there, so there's a hug going spare somewhere. Someone else I've spoken to recently is moving from Bris and will be running at CP. Will let you know who when I remember.............. :-/
I've not really been running much, mostly just with our beginners group. I've been doing a bit more cycling and am planning to ride Land's End to John O'Groats next year as a fund-raiser for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. I'll have a team of up to 12 riding with me so the main challenge is sorting out training, route, accommodation, etc for all of them. And breathe................. Two holidays to report - in Rossendale (the whole family, Ks 2 - 6) and the French Pyrenees (me and K3). Still in work but I'll retire at the end of April, after my birthday. All good fun.
