EUPH stop underselling yourself I have you down for a top 10 place.

All the best for the run.

For my part I am in the best shape I have been in for quite a while, but unfortunately I have had to pull out for reasons I prefer not to go into on a public forum, but rest assured I will be there next year  for the Hardmoors 150

Have a great weekend all

Yep sounds good for the runners however being an ultra runner myself and being aware of the time I need to devote to my hobby, I prefer if I get the time to spend a weekend away with my wife then it has to be as far away from anything running as possible, just to give her a break from all things running.

Tis a delicate balance Ultra running and Happy family life .

Good luck with it though

still working out shades of pink for urination hydration test

On the steps front I started delivering the local free paper at the begining of the year on one of the steepest roads in town where 80% of the houses have long steep drives and a minimum of 10 steps to the letterbox, and at the begining of the round with a full bag of papers I am working damned hard, my time for the round has come down from 1hr 6mins to 44mins so something is working plus I am paid 12 quid to do some serious training.

Strange thing is I enjoy doing it more now as an adult than I did as an adolescent.

I like the sound of next years Hardmoors 150
